+ How much does your service cost?
Please view our prices page for details of costs for boarding or training your dog(s)
+ Can I visit you before I book?
Contact us to make an appointment to come and chat with us and meet your dogs carers and to view where your dog will be stopping. Any issues or requirements can be sorted out at this stage.
+ I want to book with you, do I pay a deposit?
If you choose to use our service, then to secure your booking, a deposit of £5 per day will be required. Use the PayPal button for the one or two dog deposit option and when asked for quantity, select the required number of days. This will generate invoices for yours and our records and make refunds and payments in full easier.
The remaining balance will be paid by you to your homeboarder on the first day of your dogs stay.
+ Why do you prefer PayPal?
Two reasons, firstly I like the invoice system that it uses so you know exactly what you are getting and have proof of your payment. There is also a dispute procedure built in, so any issues can be dealt with professionaly.
Secondly, it allows me to accept debit and credit cards, which would be difficult to do without PayPal.
+ What paperwork do you need?
We will need two pieces of documentation from you, an information sheet to record all of you and your dogs details for our records and a Veterinarian disclaimer notice to enable treatment for your dog if required.
Click the document to open it up and print it off. You can then bring it with you when you drop your dog off for it's stay with us.
+ When do I pay the balance of my booking?
Pay your homeboarder the remaining balance in full on the first day of your dogs stay with them.
+ What do I need to bring for the dogs stay?
Bring your dog and all it's own toys and bedding, food and chews to your carer and go away happy in the knowledge that your dog is on holiday too!
+ Can I book a problem dog in?
Training minor behavioural issues is a normal part of our service, but the dog will not be looked after in our home as part of our licensed service and will be kennelled for safety and training reasons. Again, the facilities for your dog will be to a high standard and your dog looked after as if it were our own!
