Hi, I am Boomer Bear, otherwise known as Boo by my loved ones. But I answer to most things with a treat at the end of them; if I can get away with it! I live with my pet bearded dragon, Bobby; unfortunately, she does not breathe fire! I also used to have pet chickens and my buddy Collie Dog - Patrick, but my humans said they had to move to the rainbow bridge to help look after the other animals. I would love to meet some new friends and if we got on after a visit, we could have a sleepover; I will supply the doggy treats if you are allowed them. Although I am an older dog, I can still run around like a puppy dog ( I love a zoomie or two) and love to play with my family or toys. However, I do like an afternoon kip to recharge my batteries. I can sometimes be grumpy if another dog gets too excitable but I will tell them off, which usually quiets everything down. My humans work from home and rarely go out without me, so there is always someone about to keep an eye on us. I love a walk at the park; there are a couple near where we live plus along the towpath. Sometimes we go out on special walks with new smells to sniff and explore. If you fancy being friends, let us get a date in the calendar to meet up! Bark Soon XXX

"Loving home from home"

This is the first time we have left our rescue pup Stanley with anyone overnight. we couldn't have been happier with Joolz and Ian. Stanley can be a challenge as we don't think he's had much socialisation so it was great that he made friends (and was put in his place) by Boomer, the resident dog. Joolz also worked on his lead training and groomed him and we received regular Whatsapp updates which helped with my separation anxiety. We now feel confident leaving Stanley for a short break knowing he'll be happy playing with Boomer and taking over the sofa :)
